Welcome to a Run Club like no other, where movement meets recovery, and community is built through shared effort. Each session begins with a group run: a chance to explore, to sweat, and to challenge yourself alongside others. But the journey doesn’t end at the finish line. Waiting for you is an Ice Bath experience designed to help your body recover and your mind reset. Together, we cool down, breathe, and reconnect. More than just a run, it’s a space for genuine connection, powerful sensations, and meaningful encounters.

This Run Club is for everyone. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out. The sessions are designed to be inclusive and accessible, with a pace that allows all levels to move together and support one another. It's not about competition, it's about connection, movement, and shared experience. If you’re looking to challenge yourself gently, meet like-minded people, and end each run with a powerful moment of recovery, this is for you.

Who is this for?

Run
30–45 minutes of running at a comfortable, conversational pace. Everyone moves together, no one left behind.

Breathwork
Guided breathing to slow the heart rate and prepare for the plunge

Ice Bath Experience
3–7 minutes of cold exposure to activate recovery, build mental resilience, and reset the nervous system.
