After a demanding week, give your body and mind a well-deserved reset.
Re-Mind is a 3.5-hour morning experience inspired by the Australian lifestyle, held every Saturday at 7:00 AM. Through four energizing and grounding activities, including guided deep breathwork, you'll reconnect with your inner balance. A light, healthy breakfast and refreshments are included to nourish your body from the inside out.

Designed as a bridge between body and mind, the Re-Mind event offers a space to pause, recharge, and come back to yourself. It’s an invitation to quiet the mental noise, reconnect with your body, and move in harmony with the flow of the experience.

Re-mind Program

7:00 AM – Sunrise Meditation by the beach
Greet the day with mindful presence as the sun rises over the ocean, grounding yourself in calm and intention.

7:30 AM – Run along the coast
TindRun Event it’s 7km group run road race, along the coastline.
A surprise may be waiting for you at the finish line...

8:30 AM – Ice bath in the ocean
Refresh your muscles and awaken your senses with a cold ocean bath.

9:00 AM – Refreshment
Refuel with a nourishing snack to restore energy.

9:30 AM – Deep breathwork session (1 hour)
Dive into a powerful inner journey through conscious breathing.

Re-mind is a great way to start the day. The sunrise meditation really helps you center yourself. The themed run along the coast is doable and motivating, and the ice bath, though tough at first, gives you a real boost.
