The Concept

A new form of HYROX training based entirely on bodyweight, designed to develop truly versatile athletesstrength, explosiveness, and endurance.
HYROX Fit captures the essence of functional fitness, accessible to everyone, with no machines or weights required. Just your body, your determination, and a mindset to push beyond limits.
We make use of existing outdoor structures — pull-up bars, benches, jump ropes, resistance bands — to create a complete training environment where every movement counts.
HYROX Fit keeps the same classic HYROX structure: 8 km of running alternating with 8 bodyweight exercises, performed in teams to foster motivation and support.

Re-Shape is a HYROX Fit training program accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level. Designed to build strength, endurance, and mental resilience, each session encourages teamwork and support through partner-based exercises.

The program includes 6 sessions per week:
2 HYROX Fit Workouts
• 3 cardio sessions
• 1 HYROX Fit challenge

HYROX Bodyweight Workouts

🕔 Monday & Wednesday – 5:00 PM
📍 Burrows Park Sportsfield

One-hour outdoor training sessions designed to build strength, endurance, and team connection. Together, we prepare both body and mind for Friday’s HYROX Fit challenge.

  • Goal: Strengthen the body while cultivating group synergy, preparing participants for the final HYROX Fit challenge.

  • Session Focus:

    • Monday: Lower body

    • Wednesday: Upper body

  • Structure:

    • Warm-up to activate the muscles and prevent injury

    • Team-based circuit training in pairs, including:

      • Mirror exercises

      • Tabata, EMOM, or HIIT formats

    • Competitive-style bodyweight games to boost motivation and unit

  • Closing:

    • Guided stretching to release tension and integrate the physical effort

🕔 Tuesday & Thursday – 5:00 PM / Saturday (Event : TindRun) – 7:30 AM
📍 Coogee Beach Rainbow Walkway

A 7 km along the coast designed to prepare you for the 8 km HYROX Fit challenge on Friday.

  • Session Format:

    • 7km group road run along the coast

    • Focus on breath control, rhythm, and resilience

    • Inclusive and non-competitive atmosphere, suitable for all levels

  • Finisher:

    • We close every session with an ocean dip, turning recovery into a natural ice bath ocean (don’t forget your towel).

  • Community Time:

    • We invite you to join us for a post-workout social drink at a local bar, where you’ll receive 20% off all soft drinks

    • Drinks are not included in the session price, but the good vibes definitely are

HYROX Fit Challenge

An inclusive and powerful end-of-week team challenge, combining strength, explosiveness, and endurance — all with bodyweight movements.

  • Goal: Push beyond limits and celebrate hybrid performance — strength, cardio, and mental grit — in a format open to everyone

  • Format:

    • 8 surprise bodyweight exercises revealed on the day

    • Between each exercise: 1 km run

    • Team-based competition designed to motivate, support, and inspire

  • Philosophy:

    • This is more than a challenge — it's a celebration of what we can achieve together

    • We compete as teams to ensure that every participant feels supported and uplifted by the group
